We would like to believe that this page is completely unnecessary. However, we know that we can't please all of the people all of the time. The great downfall of shopping by mail, phone, or online is that you can't have the old-fashioned "hands on" experience with your merchandise. We will try to give you as detailed a description of our merchandise as is possible to assure you that you are getting what you want when you place your order. If you have any questions about any merchandise, please Contact Us and someone will get back with you within 24 hours with an answer. We will do our best to pack your merchandise carefully to assure that it arrives at your location undamaged.
If, despite all of our best efforts, you need to return the merchandise, we ask that you please follow our Return Process so that we can make your return relatively pain free.
Darswinkle's Delights guarantees every item for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason you may return the item in "new condition" to the address given when you Contact Us for your Return Authorization Number (RA). There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns not due to shipping damage. (shipping damage must be filed with UPS.)
All returns must be in new condition and able to be resold, with the exception of defective warranted merchandise. Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please include all necessary information to expedite your credit.
Darswinkle's Delights will not be responsible for return postage, insurance or tracking numbers of unwanted items and are not included in your refund.
Return Process
- Keep your original packing until you are sure the merchandise you received is what you ordered from us.
- If there is a problem with your order, Contact Us within 5 days of delivery of your package and let us know what the issues are so we can fix it.
- Please let us know the order number, item number, along with the date your purchase was made so we can quickly look up your information.
- A Return Authorization Number (RA) will be issued to you for your return package. Note: Items without a RA number will be refused.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the issuance of the RA number.
- Merchandise must be in its original packaging, as shipped by Darswinkle's Delights. Broken inner packs are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
- All returns must be insured and have Delivery Conformation.
- Once your items are received we will inspect each one to make sure it is in "new" condition and can be resold. (Please allow 48 hours for this part of the process)
- Once our process is complete a refund to your Credit Card or PayPal account will be processed. (please allow up to 7 days after the receipt of items to our location.)
We can not take the following items back for any reason.
- Oils - We can not determine if these have been tampered with and do not want to risk other customers with resale.
- Incense - We can not determine if these have been tampered with and do not want to risk other customers with resale.
- Bath Products - We can not determine if these have been tampered with and do not want to risk other customers with resale.
- Samples - When you order a sample you are paying a discounted price for a small amount for trial purpose.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned to you and the shipping costs of the return will be charged back to you.
Darswinkle's Delights is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors that may appear in our online store or our printed catalogs. The online store will always have the most recent description on all items. We reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to changing market conditions, product discontinuations or typographical or photographic errors in advertisements or product descriptions. Policies, item availability and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items.
