Don't you just hate trying to figure out shipping when shopping on a website? Don't you just hate finding that perfect gift at a good price and then shipping being two times the cost of that gift? We do too. We have researched our shipping costs and have tried to keep them to a minimum for our customers. Due to the weight of many of our items if we charged by the pound many items would cost more to ship then the cost of the item, so we have set a flat fee for shipping. There might be a few exceptions to this rule and the item will clearly state all additional shipping fees in the description.

$1.00 to $49.99 = $6.50 shipping.
$50.00 to $99.99 = $8.50 shipping.
$100.00 and up = $FREE shipping

To calculate how long your order should take to get to you take the Zone number and add 2. Turn this into the number of business days from the day you order to the day your order arrives. This is just an average of Business Days it will take. Sometimes it will take an extra day or so depending on holidays.

Shipping Policies

1. At this time we only ship to the United States. Due to customs and taxation issues we do not ship to Canada, Mexico or any other country.

2. If you choose to ship to an address other than your billing address on your credit card you need to let us know in the notes section of the shopping cart when you place your order. This is designed to stop fraudulent orders from being placed by someone other than an authorized user of your credit card. The majority of times that we have to contact a customer about a non-matching credit card address is when our customer does not indicate a separate billing address on their order. This is done for your safety.

3. We do not ship to Hotels, Hospitals, or Campgrounds. We can not guarantee that your package will arrive during the time that you will be in these locations.

4. Orders are shipped UPS from our warehouse and can not be shipped to P. O. Boxes. We must have a physical address for UPS Delivery.

5. There will be a 15% restocking fee (less shipping) for returns not due to shipping damages. (shipping damage must be filed with UPS.)

The online store will always have the most recent description on all items. We reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to changing market conditions, product discontinuations or typographical or photographic errors in advertisements or product descriptions.
